We want you to be 100% happy with your Official Love Island Shop gear, so we offer a 28-day return window for most items. Please note that personalized products are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
Check Eligibility
Ensure your items are in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Personalized water bottles and apparel cannot be returned unless defective.
Start Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package and Ship
Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible and attach the generated shipping label. Drop the parcel off at your nearest authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our villa warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
